I completely lost it this time. I mean, I realistically can't believe this happened again. Yesterday/Today/Earlier today I was just/getting ready to leave/heading out the door and suddenly realized/completely forgot/didn't even think about that I locked my keys inside! Of course, I tried/attempted/put effort into checking all the obvious places/spots/locations like under the mat/rug/doormat, but no luck. It's getting/becoming/turning out to be a real pattern at this point.
I considered calling my parents/landlord/neighbor but read more they are both probably busy/at work/out of town. Might as well try that whole climbing through the window/asking for help/making a desperate plea thing again. At least this time I have my phone.

Ugh, it occurs again. You close your car door, feeling good about the day ahead, and then... you realize that your keys are still inside! You know those days where everything just goes south? Yeah, today was one of those days. It all started when I went to open my front door, and wouldn't you know it, I was locked out. Of course, this happened right before I had a dinner date that was super important.

You could say it was a good thing I have such fantastic people in my life, because otherwise, I would have been stranded all day.

Man, I totally messed up. I was just flying out the door to go my coffee and now I'm stuck with my keys inside my car. It's like, how does something so simple happen? I swear, I'm the most smart person on the face of the globe.

Locked Out, No Key Fob
Okay, so this is a real pickle/nightmare/dilemma. I've gone and locked myself out/done something stupid/made a big mistake and now I'm stuck inside my car/trapped/completely boned. My key fob won't even work/respond/turn on, and the doors are solidly shut/closed/locked. Is there any way to get in/open the door/escape this mess? I need some help fast because I'm starting to panic/freak out/get really stressed!

So you left/stashed/hid your keys in/inside/underneath the trunk. That's/Well, that's/Okay, that wasn't a great idea to begin with/right off the bat/from the get-go. Now you're struggling/scrambling/panicking because the trunk is locked and you've got no other/additional/backup way to get into/access/open your car.
- Don't/Never mind/Forget about that spare key. It’s probably in/at/with the bottom of your bag somewhere.
- Maybe/Perhaps/Think about calling a tow truck. They might have a tool/the equipment/some tricks to get into your trunk, but it'll cost you.
